The impact we've seen since moving to Goldcast has been incredibly valuable. We've noticed a much higher output of video content with a speed to value of minimum 10 x of what we used to produce.
I'm Alex Sutton. I am the Senior Manager of Global Partner Communications and Experience at Zscaler. I manage global partner communications to our global partner ecosystem, including emails, global webinars, social media for Zscaler partners LinkedIn page, as well as lead partner brand and creative initiatives.
Before using Goldcast, one of the biggest pain points that I experienced, and I'm sure many other teams have experienced, is the overall content creation process. So we would run into creating the actual content after the event. That could take days, sometimes weeks.
Our end to end workflow in Goldcast, it starts in Goldcast, and it ends in Goldcast.
We record our content directly through a virtual event or within the Recording Studio, and that automatically goes right into our Content Lab, which then allows us to create multiple video clips at scale.
Content Lab has been an absolute game changer for our team because it's the one tool that really allows us to take that recording content and immediately have it formatted correctly, designed the way we want in our brand, and have it out to partners in a quick turnaround time.
So our global partner webinars are averaging nearly a 60% attendance rate. And then for our overall content production, we've been able to 10 x our overall speed to value creation and output.
I would absolutely recommend Goldcast to other large enterprise organizations. This platform has been so impactful and so helpful in as far as creating content at scale to provide to our partners.
