Key Results & Metrics

  • +20% registration conversion
  • +15% attendance
  • 2X product activation and engagement among webinar attendees

Anna Aria Harutyunyan, Sr. CRM Marketing Manager at VEED, leads the company's webinar program, from onboarding series that teach users how to bring AI into their workflows, to community-focused events like VEED's International Women's Month series.

Since moving to Goldcast, VEED has redesigned its webinar registration experience, streamlined promotion through Series, repurposed content faster, and connected its webinar program directly to HubSpot for clear tracking data analysis.

The result? Nearly 20% higher registration conversion, 15% higher attendance, and a 2X increase across key product activation and engagement metrics among users who attended or watched VEED’s webinars on demand.

Here, Anna from VEED shares how the team uses Goldcast to scale its webinar program and turn webinar content into more.

Why Webinars Matter at VEED

Q: Let's start with the big picture. What does a successful webinar program look like at VEED?

You're never going to get millions of people into a webinar. That's just not how this channel works. What makes webinars valuable is the quality of the audience. So when we thought about our program, we weren't chasing raw reach. We were thinking about how to bring the right people in and give them a reason to keep coming back.

Why VEED Switched to Goldcast

Q: What led you to move to Goldcast?

There were a few reasons. First, we wanted a seamless, direct integration with HubSpot, and Goldcast allows for that. We're also able to host our webinars under our own subdomain, webinars.veed.io, instead of a generic platform URL. And we're able to fully customize the webinar registration pages and the event stage: add CTA buttons, control the branding, all of it. That combination of the integration, the custom domain, and the brand control was the deciding factor.

Q: How has the support experience been?

Really helpful. Whenever I chat with someone and ask a question, it takes seconds for a person to come back to me. It's not like opening a ticket and waiting twenty-four or forty-eight hours for an email response. That responsiveness matters a lot when you're running live events on a deadline.

Features That Made the Difference

Q: Series is your favorite feature. What makes it stand out?

It's my favorite feature so far. Series lets us host several events or webinars under one umbrella, and registration numbers for series are consistently high. The main reason is that people can register for several events within the series instantly, so they don't have to register separately for each one. And on our side, I don't have to promote each live event individually. It does a lot of the heavy lifting for us.

Q: What about content repurposing? How does Content Lab fit in?

I like Content Lab a lot. After every live event, I get social posts, a blog-style recap, and an email recap generated automatically. I treat all of that as a first draft; the team still shapes the final version, but it saves a significant amount of time and gives us a real head start instead of starting from a blank page.

Q: Can you walk through a couple of the series you've run?

The first was our New Year series, Level Up 2026, where we onboarded users on how to use generative AI in their workflows, plus what's working and what's not on YouTube and SEO. That was three events within the series, with a lot of engagement, and it was so much easier to drive registrations through one main umbrella series page than promoting each event on its own.

We also ran an International Women's Month series to empower women to start creating video content and using AI, a four-part series.

The Results

Q: What measurable impact has the switch to Goldcast had?

Since moving to Goldcast, we've been able to build our own branded registration pages, and that helped increase registrations by nearly 20%, meaning the visit-to-registration conversion rate for our live events went up 20%. Attendance increased by roughly 15% as well.

Beyond the event metrics, users who attended our webinars or watched on demand throughout 2025 showed a meaningful lift in activation and engagement. Our North Star metric in product is export rate, and we saw first-time export rate, any export rate, repeat export, and weekly active usage all roughly double among that group.

What’s Next

Q: What's next for VEED’s webinar program?

Focusing more on things that scale. That means turning webinar content into tutorials for our website, repurposing it further for social and the blog, and turning sessions into case study articles. We're also planning a customer spotlight series very soon.

Q: Would you recommend Goldcast to other teams?

100%. I would definitely recommend Goldcast! I already do.
