Apply nowThe customer success team at Goldcast is responsible for managing enterprise customer accounts and creating documentation to help our self-serve customers understand and use their Goldcast account. (Note: we’re not self-serve yet, we have some work to do before we can get there).
Quick rundown of responsibilities
- Keep track of deliverables for our enterprise clients – and coordinate with our design and engineering teams to fulfill requirements
- Set-up demo accounts for the sales team
- Participate in “practice events” with clients who are using Goldcast for the first time
- Be available during client event times in the case something unexpected happens
- Create email templates for our clients, if needed
- Troubleshoot client bug reports with our engineering team
- Upload attendee files for our clients, if needed
- Support and/or run prep calls for our clients prior to their event
